"Hey! This is NOT what I expected!"
This is usually the first words we hear when friends join us in one of our weekly services. Don't get us wrong, there's nothing illeagal, dangerous or weird going on, we just choose to worship God in a casual atmosphere. Some have even mentioned how services here at Pomona Assembly have that "Large church feel with a small church atmosphere."
"These are some of the friendliest people I've ever met!"
That's usually one of the next phrases spoken by friends who hang out any length of time. Again, don't get us wrong, we are imperfect people, but we are sincerely striving to live lives that express our passion and commitment to Jesus. We're just real people who worship a real God.
